- Sew Sister Sew will accept returns on items in unused condition in their original unopened package. If an item is defective, we will exchange it for the same or similar item. We do not accept returns on sewing machines. If a new machine is found to be defective, the company warranty will replace defective parts. There is no warranty on used machines. Please be sure before you buy.
